Corporate Music Development reputation continues to grow providing creative solutions to management teams. The Guardian followed Corporate Music Development for day to get an inside look on how we deliver our programs. We were delighted to have Nicola Swanborough alongside our team for the day and what an eye opener she had.

Neither Nicola nor our client had no idea on what to expect but soon identified why we kept our program discreet. Nicola explained” I thought this was going to be just a Rock Star experience where everyone came , had fun and bonded as a team and went home with smiles on their faces” she explains. Little did I realize was how much pressure was put on the team to deliver the task, within a deadline, how much conflict opened up within the task or how the personal profiling soon became apparent within the event.
